Do You Obsess?
Do you ever wish you could stop obsessively doing something - but just can’t?
It could be anything from obsessively checking emails much more than you need. Or buying things on Ebay, or playing with Facebook. Or checking your phone texts.

Or perhaps it’s an ex partner you obsess about. Or cleanliness. Or working. Or surfing the internet. Online games, or making money. Checking over your personal safety - or health worries, perhaps.
There is a whole list of things people obsess about. It’s defined as a problem when it gets in the way of your job, personal happiness, or relationships. And it is much more common than you might think. Obsessive personality disorders (OPDs) are some of the most common mental conditions there are.
